I'm a very knowledgeable and educated notary loan signing agent who prides herself in being knowledgeable on loan documentations. All forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds. More importantly I know how they are to be filled out. I have a dual-tray printer and I always print docs in legal and letter sized paper. I am not picky about appointment times. 6 AM or 11 PM or even weekends. I'm always available. I will even take last minute appointments. I never stack appts too close together. If I take a signing from you, I will make it on time. No excuses and I always factor in traffic times. And I never miss any dates, initials, or signatures after signing I will always make FedEx/UPS my priority. I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or more specifically. Therefore I will take great care that this doesn't happen to any of my signing
Although I’m a new notary loan singing agent I’m a very educated loan signing agent I have completed both the LSS and NNA certification training because I take my jobs seriously and want to be educated on the loan documents.
