With over 16 years in the Mortgage Industry within the Servicing Division, I am experienced in the industry, signings and notarization of mortgage loan documents. I have been a Notary Public for over 15 years and have completed the review, signing and notarizing of hundreds of documents, including, Deed of Trust, Notes, Title Policies, Warranty Deeds, Assignments, Amendments, Patriot Act, Partial Releases, Right of Ways, Easements, Subordinations and much more.
To further my knowledge and understanding of loan signings, I also completed Marks Loan Signing Systems Certification Course. I understand greatly the importance of error-free signings or for me… the “quadruple check“ to assure no signature, initial, date, stamp, section or page is missed. I understand timeliness and I make drop offs/returns and scan backs a top priority.
