I pay attention to the following details during the entire loan closing process.
*Borrower(s) given a printed copy (not double side printed or emailed)
* Documents are printed PDF specific, printed clearly, and not cut off
*Scans of docs provided when requested
*Administration of Oath
*Only borrowers sign the NOTE
*Signers recorded in the logbook
*Notarizations performed in-person
*Fill out and sign the PATRIOT ACT
*All docs shipped out on time
*I adhere to all guidelines in the Virginia Handbook for Notaries
*I adhere to the National Notary Association’s standard of conduct
*I never force the signer to sign documents or provide legal advice
*I take all required annual training for signing agents
* Act as an official, unbiased witness to the identity of the signature of the person who comes before me.
I'm willing to meet the client at a location that is comfortable for them and have no issues with working with our seniors or individuals with disabilities at a time that is flexible for them.
