Ms. Frankum graduated from UNCC with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and now pursuing her certification as a Certified Public Accountant. She has been in the construction industry since 1996 managing multi-million-dollar projects. She has proven accomplishments implementing new procedures and guidelines to manage project objectives, provide project assistance to the field and contract compliance. Ms. Frankum has extensive knowledge of owner/contractor controlled insurance programs, cost accounting, certified payroll, OSHA compliance, financial activities and overseeing employee benefits, human resources and management of all office functions.
