Qualifications
*I have completed over a 1500 loan signings.
* Over three plus years as a Signing Agent.
* NNA Certified Notary Signing agent and NNA Background checked.
*National Notary Association Member.
* $50,000 E&O Insurance thru Merchants Bonding Company.
* Over 2 years of property management experience in an administrative role.
* Hospitality degree.
* Tech savvy and capable of handling scanning, faxes, and electronic documents.
* Experience with applications / Conventional /FHA / VA / HELOC's refi's / Purchases (resale)/Seller / Buyer.
