I make sure all Escrow forms such as the Notice of Right to Cancel, PROR, Trust Certifications, and Statements of Information are filled out properly and complete. I am Loan Signing System, Notary 2 PRO, and NNA Certified. I am impartial...not uneducated.

I will ask If FedEx or Scanbacks take priority. If making the final FedEx cutoff for the day is absolutely not possible, docs get dropped off BEFORE the first pick-up of the day...not at noon.
