Partnering with me for your signing will ensure the borrower has an exceptional signing experience. For example, once I accept the signing, I will promptly call the signer to confirm the appointment time and location.

I will triple check the loan package to ensure signatures, dates and initials are complete and there are no blank spaces. All notarial certificates and forms such as the Notice of Right to Cancel will be properly filled out. My goal is to deliver an error-free signing however should an error occur my priority is to immediately correct it.

I’ve invested in extensive loan signing training and certification thru both the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System. I’ve also purchased $1,000,000 in E&O insurance, a mobile dual-tray printer and scanner. I’m also willing to accept last minute signings and travel outside of my immediate service area.

I fully understand the importance of promptly dropping loan documents which is why I’m familiar with my local FedEx and UPS drop off times.
