I am admittedly a new signing agent, but consider myself to be an organized and polite professional and am confident that I can get the job done. Note that I did briefly work as a legal assistant at a major NYC law firm so I am somewhat used to being entrusted with high-value documents and interacting with the clients of others, and have also spent years working as a sole proprietor and therefore believe I have to discipline to do so.
