Be punctual (if not early). If for any reason I may be late, I will notify both the signer and SS.
Print one sided
Provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents
Send scan backs as requested
Drop documents on time for next day delivery for all closings finished by 4pm
Be patient and not rush or pressure the signers to sign
Refrain from providing legal advice as this the unlawful practice of law
Notarize at the signing
Notarize only if I witness the signer signing the documents
Notary education: NYS State Notary, NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent and Mark Wills Loan Signing System Certified Signing Agent
