My schedule is very flexible and although I prefer 24-hour notice I can make myself available within the same day. I'm typically available from 9am to 7pm Monday-Friday. I have the ability to scan/email any documents required. I have a base rate of $100.00. I can handle all of your documentation needs including: Translations (English/Haitian Creole), Loan Signings, Deed of Trust, Mortgage Grant, Vehicle VIN Verification, Transfer of Title, Correction Agreement, Owner's Affidavit, Proof of Identification Affidavit, Signature or Name Affidavit, Certified Copies, and Acknowledgments.
