Accuracy and clear communication are the most important elements of my job as a Notary Signing Agent. I triple-check documents to catch possible errors before the documents leave the table. I am extremely detail-oriented and pride myself on my ability to follow the directions given! I believe being on time means arriving 15 minutes early, so I always make a point to expect the unexpected and plan accordingly.

I implement the following systems to ensure I am providing exceptional service —
- Confirmation of appointment details with Borrower(s) within 1 hour of assignment
- Borrower(s) are always given a printed copy of docs in their own folder (NEVER double-sided or emailed)
- Scanbacks are provided when requested (mobile office with a laser printer, mobile hotspot, and portable scanner)
- Status is immediately updated post-appointment via the requested method
- Administration of Oaths/Affirmations for every occurrence per Maine State Law
- All documents shipped out ON TIME with carrier confirmation receipt's tracking info provided
- Will never pressure signer(s) to sign, rush them, or provide legal advice
- Will only notarize in the presence of the signer(s) upon witnessing the signer(s) signing the documents
- Signer(s) recorded accurately in Notary Journal
- Accurately filled out and Signed Patriot Act

One of my most desirable business practices is that I am open outside of traditional hours and am available to do evening and weekend signings. I can meet at the signer(s) preferred location whether that be their home, workplace, library, church, or in their driveway! Whatever it takes to make their closing happen.
