I have experience in Deed/ Title Signings, Loan modification, Refinance, HELOC and other Loan document acknowledgments. All Signings are handled expeditiously and carefully with same day drop off at the nearest UPS or FEDEX to the signing location (as long as the location is open for business). All customers will be contacted to schedule or confirm their appointment. All Clients receive a color copy of their loan documents in a clean new folder gently held together with a band or clamp to reduce or eliminate lost pages.
