As far as preparation, I am well equipped with an industrial dual tray color laser printer, industrial scanner, mobile scanner. I take full ownership of communicating with the signer in advance to confirm the date, time, and location of the signing.

When facilitating the exchange, you can count on me to dress professionally, be on time, and employ exceptional signing etiquette and manners. I am knowledgeable in the purpose and function of documents. I am accurate and can ensure that all of the documents are properly signed and notarized.

When I am done with the signer(s), I can ensure quick communication with your company and send all documents back in a timely manner. I can do scan backs immediately following an appointment and/or physically send the documents back the same day unless the appointment is after hours, in which case I would send them out first thing the next day.
