My experience is vast in the mortgage arena to include underwriting and Forensic underwriting.
I have worked for FHLMC reviewing post close mortgage loans for accuracy on the closed loan documentation submitted.
I have also been responsible for Forensic underwriting of closed loans files verifying documentation is complete, signed properly and sold on the 2nd market to the investors.
