I make sure all forms are completely filled out whether that be the PCOR, Statement of information, Trust Certification, or Disbursements of proceeds. I won't forget to get the Top of front page of 1003 signed or top of second page of FHA or Va loan application. I make sure the borrower initials any corrections to the Notice of Right to Cancel.

Secondly, I never miss FedEx drops and I do not choose to do another appointment over making FedEx.
