My name is Melissa Walker, a commissioned notary in the states of Delaware and Pennsylvania. My notary career started in February 2009 in the state of Pennsylvania. During the first 5 years of my commission, my focus was on general notary work. When I obtained my Delaware notary commission in late 2020, I branched out into the notary loan signing arena.
Delivering professional, prompt and organized service to the Southern Chester and Lancaster counties in Pennsylvania and Kent, Sussex and New Castle counties in Delaware. My certification and trainings are from the National Notary Association (NNA) and Pennsylvania Association of Notaries (PAN).

In addition to my notary commission, I bring 23 years of service as an Executive Assistant in the corporate accounting offices of a rehabilitation therapy company. My main function as an executive assistant is to maintain the 390+ rental lease database for the outpatient and skilled/assisted living facilities. This includes processing the monthly rental payments for each site, reviewing the leases for annual increases and maintaining the database for accuracy.
