Have done all types of notaries including refinances, purchases, sales, helocs, reverse mortgages, POAs, debt settlements, oil/gas leases, ID verifications, and so on. Familiar with edoc closings and split signings. Able to scan and email or fax docs back when needed. I am fully vaccinated.
