I am an attorney from the state of Florida with 12+ years of experience. I was a notary in Florida for 10+ years as well. In Florida, I had my own real estate law practice. My sole practitioner practice focused mainly on residential and commercial real estate transactions. I was a member of the Attorney's Title Insurance Fund and issued numerous title policies, and closed hundreds of loans in connection with those transactions. I am well versed in loan documents and closing statements and can easily assist with loan signings. I just received my Colorado Notary certificate and would like to begin receiving Notary/ loan signing assignments as soon as possible.
