We cover the cities of Erie, Thornton, Northglenn, Westminster, Lafayette, Broomfield, Arvada, Federal Heights, Louisville,Commerce City, Arvada and Wheat Ridge. I will on occasion travel to other cities but at extra cost. Minimum fee for a signing is $95. We ask that all requests are at least 3 days in advance. We also do title abstracts, negotiations, mediation and document preparation. Fees for other services vary.
