I am a Certified Notary Signing Agent (NNA) with more than ten years experience in all types of notarization. Have been background screened and will renew the screening in September of this year. My E & O is for $100,000. My service area is North County San Diego and, on occasion, travel to southern part of Riverside and Orange counties. With one of my source companies I am designated as "VIP" in that I have a very high "error free" performance, which means that I do not have to "FAX back" critical documents before shipping them. This is important in that I may be able to return the docs immediately after the signing, thus, saving any delay in time. Most of the work I do is mortgage financing including reverse mortgages. I provide service as a traveling notary which means I do not have anyone come to my office. Appointments are made at locations which are convenient for the signers.
