I have extensive experience in the document signing/real estate/legal fields and have been doing real estate loan document signings for 19 years. I have experience in commercial and residential signings including new sales, re-finances, modifications and reverse mortgages. As of early 2013, I am expanding my expertise to include health and wellness for running our businesses, writing, consulting, mentoring, and expert witness work.
I have $25,000 E&O insurance. I mainly cover Tempe, Chandler, Ahwatukee, West Mesa, Gilbert, Central and South Phoenix, and South Scottsdale. I will travel over 20 miles from my location for an additional fee.
