I simply relied on calls through my website, which were mostly general notary work. However, I had the opportunity to do loan signing for a purchase of a residential property and a refinance. I cover Phoenix and the surrounding areas within a 50 mile radius. However, in times of emergencies or special circumstances, I am willing to drive further out than a 50 mile radius. My working hours are from 6am to 11pm from Monday to Saturday. I will work on a Sunday if needed and go beyond the hours if necessary. I am flexible.
