My name is Eric Hales and I'm a Phoenix AZ "native" since 1964. I have spent a good portion of my working life as a contractor; Custom Cabinets, General Contracting for a very select clientele. I have been in the Real Estate business since 2002 as a residential sales agent & investor. My wife Kim joined me a year later and we have worked as a team on almost everything we do for the past 32 years since we married. Recently, I became a NNA Trained, Certified & Background Screened Signing Agent.
