As a Loan Signing Agent I will provide the following:
-arrive to appointments on time and will contact signer if running late
-will not print docs double-sided
-will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the docs
-will scanback as requested
-will drop docs on time for next day deliver for all closing finished by 4pm.
-will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advise
-will notarize at the signing
-will notarize only if we witness the signer signing the documents

I am available to do loan signings in the following cities Birmingham, Hoover, Fairfield, Centerpoint, Adamsville, Forestdale, Pleasant Grove, Bessemer, McCalla, Hueytown, Midfield, Riverchase, Alabaster, Pelham, Trussville, Pinson, Helena

I am available 7 days a week from 8am-8pm.
