Hello, I am a Notary commissioned in the State of Maryland and a licensed Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor. I'm a graduate of Notary2Pro and continue to take courses to expand my knowledge. I am available most evenings and weekends at various hours. I am available to conduct signings in Baltimore, Carroll, and Howard counties as well as the City of Baltimore. I conduct myself with integrity and am efficient. I will maintain the confidentiality of any clients assigned and documents received. I work full-time with the Federal government and hold a Top-Secret clearance; therefor, I understand protecting the PII of documents received and the clients I will work with. I have experience in conducting loan modifications, refinance, seller’s, and purchaser closings, HELOCs, and hybrid signings. I am RON approved for the State of Maryland. I am available to assist with real estate, estate planning documents, family law documents, immigration/ Form I-9, and travel related forms.
